How much is a popcorn machine rental?
$75 per day, including 50 servings. Delivery, setup & cleanup across Toronto & the GTA.
What's included with the rental?
Popcorn machine, scoop & measuring kit, supplies for 50 servings (popcorn, oil & bags), delivery, setup and a quick safety walkthrough.
Do you provide an operator?
Most events are self-serve after our walkthrough. Prefer hands-off? Add Labour to Operate.
How much popcorn does the machine make per hour?
Up to 200 servings per hour. Every rental includes 50 servings; additional servings are billed at our per-serving rate based on what you use at your event.
What power does the popcorn machine need?
A standard 120V household outlet (a regular 3-prong plug). The popcorn machine draws about 820W (roughly 7 A), so any normal circuit handles it. Outdoor power must be GFCI protected, and extension cables are included.
Is there a minimum order or any hidden fees?
No minimum order and no hidden fees. It is $75 per day with delivery, setup and cleanup included free across Toronto & the GTA. You only pay more for servings beyond the 50 included or optional staffing. See pricing.
Do you require a deposit?
A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due after your event finishes. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event may be subject to a fee. Full details are on our terms page.
Can I use the popcorn machine outdoors?
Yes. We deliver to backyards, parks and outdoor venues across the GTA, bring a 10×10 tent and free extension cords, and just need a GFCI-protected 120V outlet within 50 ft of the setup.
How far in advance should I book a popcorn machine in Toronto?
As early as you can lock in a date. Summer Saturdays (June through September) often book up 4 to 6 weeks ahead. We also take last-minute bookings when machines are available.
