How much does a machine rental cost?
Rentals start at $75/day and include 50 servings. We deliver, set up and clean up across Toronto & the GTA (Toronto, Halton, Peel & York).
What’s included with the rental?
Each rental includes the machine, 50 servings of supplies, delivery, setup, a quick walkthrough, and post-event cleanup.
Do you deliver to my location?
Yes, across the Greater Toronto Area: City of Toronto plus Halton, Peel & York. See our service area for details.
Can you provide an operator?
Yes. We offer optional staffing for events. Tell us your date, venue and guest count on the booking form.

Are the machines easy to operate ourselves?
Yes. All three machines are user-friendly. We give a quick walkthrough at delivery, supplies are pre-measured, and you just power on, heat up, and serve. For larger events or peak-demand crowds we recommend an operator (food handler certified) to keep up with the line.
Do I need to clean the machines before pickup?
No. Just empty out any leftover supplies. We handle full sanitization and detailed cleaning at our warehouse. Cleanup is included free with every rental.
How many servings can each machine produce per hour?
Popcorn up to 200 servings/hr · Cotton candy around 60/hr · Snow cones around 150/hr (per operator). Every rental includes 50 servings; additional servings are billed at our per-serving rate based on actuals at your event.
Do you provide ice for the snow cone machine?
Yes. We bring fresh bagged ice with the rental, and the machine pre-shaves it for fast service. No need to source your own.
Can we host outdoors, in a park or backyard?
Yes. We deliver to backyards, parks, parking lots, and outdoor venues across the GTA. We bring a Grey 10×10 tent for shelter and free extension cords. You'll need a standard 120V outlet within 50 ft of the setup. If your venue has no power, contact us about options.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can lock in a date. Saturdays in summer (June through September) typically book up 4 to 6 weeks ahead. We also take last-minute bookings when machines are available. Call or text us at 416-821-1892.
Is there a minimum order or any hidden fees?
No minimum order and no hidden fees. Rentals start at $75/day with delivery, setup and cleanup included free across Toronto & the GTA. You only pay more if you add servings beyond the 50 included or request optional staffing. See pricing.
What do I need to provide on the day of my event?
Just a sturdy table (about 3 ft by 3 ft) and access to a standard 120V outlet near the setup. We bring the machine, the supplies, and free extension cables. For outdoor events we also bring a 10×10 tent for shelter. See the power question below for the exact draw and circuit tips.
What kind of power do the machines need?
Each one runs on a standard 120V household outlet (a regular 3-prong plug). Outdoor power must be GFCI protected. We bring extension cables, included.
  • Popcorn machine: 820W (~7 A draw)
  • Cotton candy machine: 1,000W (~8.3 A draw)
  • Snow cone machine: 100W (~0.8 A draw)

Combined draw across all three machines is ~16 A, so we recommend two separate 15-amp circuits to keep things comfortably under the breaker limit during peak operation.

Do you require a deposit, and what is your cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due after your event finishes. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event may be subject to a fee. Full details are on our terms page.
How do I book a machine?
Three quick steps: send your date, location and guest count through our quote form, we confirm availability and pricing, then we deliver, set up and clean up on the day. Your quote is valid for 14 days, and your booking is secured only once we receive your deposit or confirmation. You can also call or text 416-821-1892.
